Client Consent form important questions 

• Do you use retinol ?   (To be able to perform the treatment you will need 3 month retinol free )
• Do you use Accutane ?  what %  is it ? If is 10 % (2 to 3 months out of it )- Less than 10 % 1 Month . This is for topical . For pills you must be out of it for 6 months.
• Are you pregnant or lactating ? ( We don't treat pregnat women or woman that are lactating at the moment )
• If you are undergoing any type of chemotherapy or battling  with cancer , we cannot treat you .Hang in there and when the storm has passed, you are more than welcome.

A proper consultation will be made at the clinic / spa to pre-qualify you for your laser hair removal treatment .
